The crafted costumes are Account Bound.

Simply walk down coming from the Center of Dark Prontera near the Forsaken Arena & Black Swordsman NPC.

The skill effects are collected in some 3rd/4th Jobs and has been adjusted to the server's preference. This includes the damage, area of effect and durations.
