HP amount of MVP monsters has been tripled.
Respawn Time of MVP monsters has been doubled.

Creamy (1018)
Removed spawns of Creamy in mjolnir_01, mjolnir_02, mjolnir_03, prt_fild00 and prt_maze01.
Reduce the spawn rate of 'Creamy' in gef_fild13 from 48 to 30.
'Creamy' that spawns in prt_fild04 is a PVP map while in gef_fild13 is a Non-PvP map.
Anubis (1098)
Increased the spawn rate of Anubis from in_sphinx4 and in_sphinx5 from 18 to 24 and 12 to 30.
